What differentiates Próceres Desarrollos?

The main distinguishing feature of this company is that it creates buildings with materials that meet the highest standards of quality and elegance worldwide. But that’s not all: the company offers a service of partial or total customisation of the flat, giving the client the possibility of changing and deciding on the finishes and design of the spaces.

How did the partnership with VAMA come about?

 As we know, VAMA began to enter the international markets in 2005 and started to collaborate with architecture studios and large companies, including Próceres Desarrollos.

VAMA then became a supplier of kitchens and bathroom furniture solutions, working with Próceres Desarrollos on 10 projects.

Altos de Santa Clara was the first project that Vama and Próceres Desarrollos carried out together in 2005. In this project our kitchen line was introduced for the first time.

Santa Ines del Parque is the last project finalised together in 2021. For the realisation of this building Vama produced 58 kitchens.

At the moment, the focus of the two companies is on the implementation of the next project scheduled for 2024: the construction of the new “SANTA SOFÍA” building.

It can be said that after 17 years of collaboration, VAMA has managed to establish a relationship of great trust with Próceres Desarrollos, guaranteeing experience, high quality services, Made in Italy products and competitive prices.

 What kind of projects have been carried out?

 As Próceres Desarrollos is a company that builds large residential buildings, it needs a company that can supply numerous kitchens and customised furnishing solutions.

In these projects, VAMA has produced large kitchens with an island and supplied furniture solutions for which a customised production was made.

Usually in these projects kitchen models are chosen from the catalogue, but subsequently some modifications and variations are applied on request.

Finally, in the sales phase of the flats, the end customer can choose to modify the kitchen further by implementing the total or partial customisation mentioned above.

Vama is therefore able to make changes to the models in the catalogue and to customise the kitchens even at a later date, satisfying and fulfilling every type of request from the customer.
