COLOUR OF THE YEAR 2024
After the Pantone Viva Magenta of 2023, symbol of exuberance and boldness, the Pantone chosen for the year 2024 is Peach Fuzz 13-2023. A mix of pink and orange that enriches the soul, body and mind and represents a sophisticated, vintage yet contemporary shade. In fact, this peach colour is able to give a modern touch while reflecting the past. Peach Fuzz will colour the world of fashion, beauty and even the world of interior design.
It is considered to be a versatile colour, perfect in both modern and more classical style environments. Moreover, being a pastel colour, it is able to make an environment more cosy and warm.
Why was this colour chosen as Pantone Colour of the Year 2024?
Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director, Pantone Color Institute explains: “Seeking a hue that echoes our innate desire for closeness and connection, we chose a colour that radiates warmth and modern elegance. A hue that resonates with compassion, offers a tactile embrace and effortlessly blends youthfulness with timelessness”.
