These are the VAMA models that today add an authentic “green soul” to their distinctive design. An evolution that not only ennobles their intrinsic beauty but expresses a new and important degree of functionality, safety and ethicality to all furnishing solutions.
In particular, all our carcasses are made of REP panels characterized by GreenGuard certified melamine resins with low formaldehyde content and FSC Recycled certified wood. Specifically, the REP panel used is a certified product compliant with formaldehyde classes F4-STARS CARB P2 US EPA TSCA Title VI.
This technical orientation develops numerous benefits that decide the quality of our creations and above all the experience and safety of each of our customers.

GreenGuard is a US Environmental Product Certification issued by the world authority UL ( Underwriters Laboratories), which “measures” the emission of around 400 harmful substances on a product, certifying its healthiness index.
This certification allows to take part in “green building” tenders such as the italian CONSIP ( therefore particularly environmentally friendly) and to acquire credits in international rating systems (LEED-2009, LEED-v4 area “Indoor Environmental Quality”, California-CHPS, Australian Green Star, ASHRAE 189.1 and green Guide for Health Care 2.2.

Since 1993, CATAS has been operating as a product certification body through its CATAS QUALITY AWARD (CQA) brand, carrying out chemical analyses, physical and mechanical tests on materials, components and products used in the wood, furniture and construction sectors. In 2014, CATAS was the first product certification body in Italy to be accredited according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17065 for the Formaldehyde CARB product certification scheme. In 2018, first in Italy, it also obtained accreditation for the Formaldehyde TSCA Title VI (EPA) scheme. > FSC Recycled certification
FSC certification guarantees that the product used comes from a responsibly managed forest and supply chain. In particular, the FSC Recycled label supports the reuse of forest resources and uses only post-consumer recycled wood or fibre in accordance with FSC standards.
