Top in Neolith®
Neolith® shelves are almost impermeable and impenetrable to aggressive detergents (such as oven cleaners) as well as to residues of food and substances generally present in our kitchen (citrus fruit juice, vinegar, olive oil, wine, coffee). For this reason, do not use waxes, oily soaps, impregnating agents or hydro-oil repellents for maintenance. Please pay attention to the products you buy, as commercial detergents often contain substances and additives that can leave an oily layer on the Neolith® surface.
In addition, the surface of Neolith® has a very high degree of heat resistance: hot pots will not damage the top or the colour.
How to wash
- For normal cleaning, use a damp cloth and a microfibre cloth to remove dust.
- Apply lukewarm water to which a detergent (without hydrofluoric acid and its derivatives) can be added.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth.
